On New Year’s Day, a Tesla Cybertruck exploded outside of the Trump International Las Vegas Hotel deliberately by Matthew Livelsberger, an ex-army soldier. After investigating the scene, two letters were found on a phone inside the vehicle. It was discovered that the attack was “a wake up call” while the reason remains unknown.
Seconds before the car exploded, Matthew Livelsberger put a gun in his mouth, committing suicide. Shortly after the explosion investigation, one handgun and one rifle were found in the vehicle, but were very burnt from the explosion. His death was the only casualty but seven bystanders near the explosion received minor injuries.
Fortunately, no one was hurt in the incident, events like these shouldn’t be taken so lightly. To prevent further destruction, more safety guidelines should be implemented as a way to prevent injuries and other inconveniences.
