Club rush has recently ended, with an enormous amount of clubs showing out, at palm court. I myself, Diego Miguel and Pierce Del Rio asked questions to both club board members and representatives on information about their specific club. Questions were asked during the weeks of club rush, in palm court. Marissa, the president of mental health awareness was asked the aim for their club, she stated, “To provide a safe space, educated on the mental stigma, the standards with mental illness and expectations, as well as raising awareness.” They are eager to help people be aware of one another, as human beings.
Vincent T. the president of projects, was informed that the team are partnering with CHS, as well as NHS; to bring leadership around and become much more diverse around communities. The club themselves say how they fundraise food, clothing, and dental drives to help be active in the community. Similar questions were used, being what will people be expecting and doing in the club. Tang was generous and seemed enthusiastic about having underclassmen join. Tang said. “To join for a valuable high school experience; to end off your years, you join for an intimate bond with a selective group of 15 seniors that are like minded in wanting to lead and give off an amazing impact.”
