MKHS CEC Presents First Ever Halloween Festival

Keppel’s Chinese Entertainment Club (CEC) hosted its very first Halloween Festival on October 28, 2022. During the first Halloween Festival, CEC advisor Mr. Huey Lien and board members brought performances like singing and instrument playing to the crowds.
